If you have a plan that is not listed we are happy to verify coverage and benefits for you. When scheduling your first appointment, we request you provide your insurance information in order to verify your benefits and coverage. Some insurance providers have restrictions on specific treatments. It is your responsibility to know your plans coverage. As a courtesy, Carolina Rehabilitation files your primary insurance as well as any secondary coverage. You will be billed for any cost share (if applicable) after your insurance has paid their portion. If you have insurance coverage there may be a deductible or co-pay required. Payment is expected at the time of services rendered. We accept payment via cash, check, debit and credit card.  Please call us for more information!
